Dear Justice Souter,

RE: Philip J. Berg v Barack Obama et al.

Under the laws set forth in the U.S. Constitution, Barack Obama could be a Usurper and should not be briefed on any matters of National Security until he proves he is a natural born citizen of the United States, in your Court. Obama is required to answer a lawsuit filed by Philip Berg by December 1, in the Supreme Court, concerning his citizenship. That is too late. I have been following this case for months and I am greatly concerned about our Constitution being compromised. This information has been secreted from the American people by the liberal press. It should be their obligation to report this information, not deliberately withhold it.

The following are facts to support this lawsuit.
-Obama’s Kenyan Grandmother says she was present at Obama’s birth in Kenya. There is both audio and video of her making this statement.
-Obama has failed to provide an original birth certificate even after formal requests in lawsuits.
-Obama has failed to provide any documentation from his colleges which could show he was receiving foreign aid, that he is not a natural born citizen of the United States, that he has traveled on a foreign passport during his life.

I believe that a huge fraud has been perpetrated upon America. The questionable origins of the $1 billion in campaign contributions, his close association with terrorists, racists, Communists and killers, and the origin of his birth need to be fully investigated and reported to the American people.
As a U.S. citizen I demand that you abide by the laws of our Constitution and force Obama to show his Birth Certificate and to open his college records so that they can be reviewed. This needs to be done NOW, not by December 1.
