GLENN BECK “YOU ARE UN-AMERICAN”

This morning on Glenn Beck a young lady called in and asked if it was possible to contest the validity of Barack Obama’s birth certificate.  Glenn Beck’s response? “STOP WITH THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE THING!”  He then proceeded to tell us to support Barack Obama and not be like “them” (those who were disrespectful to George W. Bush).  Glenn said we need to unite under our new president.

And this is the problem with the United States of America, isn’t it? Our people, the very same people who pointed out to us that Obama is a socialist, turn on us on a dime and tell us to shut up when we aren’t being as politically correct as they might want us to be.

At one point Glenn said that we should “say what we mean and mean what we say.”

Okay.  Glenn, I may not necessarily believe that Obama’s birth certificate is invalid, but let the day be damned when I tell my listeners to stop questioning and investigating when something just doesn’t add up to them.  It is this politically correct ideal that we must unite behind this new president, mostly due to the fact that he is black.

And you know what?  I don’t give a damn that he is black! And let me just say that as a woman, would you expect me to rejoice if Nancy Pelosi was elected the first woman president?

You want to talk about presidential firsts?  I’ll give you some presidential firsts. George Washington was the first president on a postage stamp. John Adams was the first president to live in the White House. Thomas Jefferson was the first president to be inaugurated in D.C.

And what does our new president say about the document that these men laboured so hard to preserve? He says that the Constitution of the United States of America “reflected a fundamental flaw of this country that carries on to this day.”

These first presidents didn’t endure all of the hardships of their generation so we could just roll over and say you know what I think I will get behind this president despite the fact that he has a complete disdain for the principles our country was founded on!

Barack Obama could be black, handicapped, female and left-handed and I still would not be afraid to get up on my proverbial soap box and say No! I will not support this president and I will question and examine any damn thing I well please and I encourage each of my listeners to do the same!
